Zack lost his first tooth on Sunday. It has been so loose for a while but he just wouldn't pull it out or let anyone else do it. He said that he needed corn on the cob to get it out. So the store finally had decent corn so I bought some, but that didn't do the trick. Finally he just let me wiggle it and pull it. He could tell that it was going to come out so he did it and got it yanked out. He was very proud.

That night when I put the boys to bed, Zack was just a crying. I asked him what was wrong and he said "I love my teeth!! I don't want the tooth fairy to take it!! Why does she take our teeth? I just want a dollar" Howl, Howl. I tried to get him calmed down, but he was so sad. So he finally asked me if I could write a note to the Tooth Fairy telling he to leave his tooth. This is what he asked me to write "Dear Tooth Fairy, I really love my tooth and would like to keep it. And I really want a dollar. Thank you Love, Zack"
It was so cute. He stuck the note and his tooth under his pillow and finally went to sleep. In the morning, I heard a howl out of him and him saying she took his tooth. Then he laughed and said "She did see my note. Here is my tooth. And a dollar!!" He came up the stairs very happy!!

Tyler has been playing soccer this spring. He can do really good when he focus sometimes he just doesn't want to be there. This day I happened to turn on the camera right as he kicked a goal. The little black thing is his shoe flying off.

This clip may be a little long but I just wanted to show you Zack and him trying very hard to be a good soccer player. No goal caught on Camera but he is getting the idea as you can tell. This is an enjoyable activity for us to watch our children participate in things they enjoy.

Recitals...

We've been kind of busy around here and I have had some events to post about and just haven't gotten to them yet. I had my very first recital as a piano teacher this last week. It turned out so great. All of my students are beginners so it was their first recital, too. I think I was as nervous as the kids were. We had it at our church in the primary room, which I thought would be less intimidating. They all did so good and I was so proud of them. I am glad to have it done, but it was so fun.
Here are a few pictures of some of the students.

Zack had a "recital" also. It was his Preschool Graduation Program but he liked to call it his recital. It was so darn cute!! He was very proud and did so good!!
The graduate
This was his little part he had memorized. He was not shy at all.

Wrestling at the Shuldbergs

This is a constant thing at our house the wrestling and playing until someone gets injured. We thought we would share a day in the life of the Shuldberg family.
